Email Marketing and Communications
Lunessa Labs sends two distinct categories of email. Transactional emails are tied to a specific account action or order and are sent regardless of marketing preferences. These include account confirmations, order receipts, shipping notifications, payment link requests, password resets, and security alerts. You cannot opt out of transactional emails while you maintain an active account, because they are necessary to deliver the service you requested.
Promotional emails are sent only to customers who have explicitly opted in. You may opt in by checking the marketing consent box during account signup or by enabling promotional emails from your account preferences page. Promotional emails include coupon and discount announcements, restock and reorder reminders, abandoned cart reminders, payment retry reminders for incomplete checkouts, and occasional product updates.
You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time. Every promotional email contains a one click unsubscribe link in the footer that immediately disables promotional email delivery for your account. You may also toggle the preference from the account page while signed in. Opt out requests are honored promptly, typically within minutes of the request. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect transactional emails, your account status, your order history, or your ability to place future orders. We retain a record of your current marketing preference (opted in or opted out) for as long as you maintain an account, so that we can honor your choice across devices and sessions. We do not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Email delivery is performed by our email service provider on our behalf under a data processing arrangement, and the provider is contractually prohibited from using your address for any purpose other than delivering messages we send.
